The world of Sophia has always revolved around the table, just like her grandmother Isabella’s. Inspired by the family recipe book, which has been written over three generations, Sophia reinvents Italian cuisine every day, combining only the finest ingredients with the healthiest combinations and cooking techniques.

In Sophia’s world, refined sugars are not welcome; she prefers whole grains and dislikes processed foods. Passionate about vegetables, Sophia is neither vegan nor strictly vegetarian because she enjoys a good fish and meat dish from time to time. Sophia is writing her own book, filled with these fresh, natural, and healthy Italian recipes. You will find these wonderful recipes with history in this restaurant in Cais do Sodré, Lisbon.
