APP Capricciosa FAQ:

1. Loyalty programme

The Capricciosa Group Loyalty Programme is valid in all restaurants and allows:
Individual customers: accumulate a percentage of the total amount of the bill in each consumption situation, to be discounted at a later date.
Business customers: direct discount of a percentage of the total bill in each consumption situation

The Capricciosa Group app can be used in any of the Group’s restaurants. These are

When you register with the app, all your old information will be migrated and transferred to the app. You can continue to use the card and access all the information via the app.

Private customers
> 5% discount on credit for each visit with a maximum of €150 in account credit per transaction. Accumulation does not apply to group menus.
Registration must be active to benefit from the credit value accumulation. When you visit the restaurant and pay the bill at the end, 5% of the total invoice amount will automatically be credited to your user area. This credit can be deducted cumulatively on your next visit to one of the Group’s restaurants.

Corporate customers
> 10% direct discount, valid every day of the week. The discount does not apply to group menus.
The conditions are personal and non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers (lunch menus, group menus, other menus, and/or promotional actions).

Accumulated credit is valid for one year. You can check the expiry date of the accumulated credits in the user area.

The accumulated credit is valid for any restaurant in the Capricciosa Group. You can find information about all our restaurants in the location tab.

Yes! Our Loyalty Programme credits you even if you’re not connected to the internet – but that’s unlikely because we have free wi-fi in all our restaurants!

2. Your Account

The app does not send notifications by default. Only when there are notifications about specific promotions, new restaurant openings, new items on the different menus to try, or when some credits are about to expire. If you don’t want to receive any notifications, go to the settings on your mobile phone and switch them off.

Within your area, you can consult all the movements and visits you have made to our restaurants.

You can review and edit all your data in the bottom bar on the right-hand side of the app.

You can enter up to 2 VAT numbers in your area.

In the ‘Your Account’ tab, there is an option labelled ‘Change Password’.

If you leave the application and can’t remember your password, open the application again, and under the button that says ‘Log in’, there is ‘Recover Password’.

The security key is a secure method of encrypting your mobile phone number when you log in at the restaurant. This way nobody will know your contact details.

The digital invoice is a practical way of receiving your invoice directly to your email address. To activate this feature you need to go to the ‘Your Account’ menu and activate this function. This feature will be available soon.

We aim to provide the best level of service to our customers. With this function, we can understand exactly what you appreciate most and what we need to improve so that we can increase our ability to provide an increasingly excellent experience at the Capricciosa Group’s units.

In the ‘Your Account’ tab, the last button at the bottom is where you can log out of the application.

If you want to delete your account, you need to go to your ‘Profile’ > ‘Legal Information’ > ‘GDPR’ and exercise your Right to be Forgotten. You will lose access to your available credits.

3. Campaigns and News

Yes, all promotions exclusive to Capricciosa Group restaurants will be announced first via the app and then via traditional channels (website and social media).

In the news tab, we will announce new restaurant menus, special promotions that may be in the shop, and the announcement of new restaurants that may open exclusively, among other information.

4. Restaurants

As well as being able to access all the information on each of the Capricciosa Group’s units, including location, contact details, timetables, and menus, you can also access the reservations area to book your table at the restaurants or order takeaway at the Capricciosas.

5. GDPR

To exercise your Right to be Forgotten, click on the ‘I want to be forgotten’ option and enter your email address in the field created for this purpose. You will then receive an email with a link to finalize the process. This link is valid for 24 hours. Cancellation requires confirmation and implies that all your data will be anonymized, and you will no longer have access to all the advantages and benefits inherent in the Capricciosa Group Loyalty Programme.

The right to portability allows the data subject to request and receive their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Click on the ‘I want to transfer my data’ box, enter your email address in the box created for this purpose and you will receive a file in XML format with all the data associated with your account.

These rights can be exercised through your personal area.
